By using or purchasing any DVDs or written materials publicized on this site, you are agreeing to comply with the following Terms of Use, as well as applicable law and regulations.

I. DVDs:

A) Teachers employed by academic institutions – unlimited showings by purchaser allowed for educational classroom use in schools or universities. No duplication without written permission; No electronic dissemination or electronic posting (web sites, etc.) without written permission. An exception is made for secured servers on which the film is made available for the purchaser's students, as long as (1) access to that site is limited to the purchaser’s current students and (2) the film is not duplicated by any viewer or saved to any viewer's equipment. (“Purchaser” includes not only original purchaser, but also extends to colleagues employed by the same educational institution or its library.)

B) Government agencies and entities and nonprofit institutions, including public and nonprofit dispute resolution centers - unlimited showings by purchaser allowed for routine, educational and skills training, whether for a fee or at no charge. No duplication without written permission; No electronic dissemination or electronic posting (web sites, TWEN sites, etc.) without written permission. (“Purchaser” includes not only original purchaser, but also extends to colleagues employed by the same government or nonprofit institution.)

C) All others, including commercial trainers, commercial organizations, and for-profit entities – unlimited showings by purchaser allowed, whether for a fee or at no charge. No duplication without written permission; No electronic dissemination or electronic posting (web sites, TWEN sites, etc.) without written permission. (“Purchaser” includes not only original purchaser, but also colleagues employed by the same entity.)

II. Student Handbook, Teacher’s Manual, and other written materials:

No duplication without written permission; no electronic dissemination or electronic posting (web sites, TWEN sites, etc.) without written permission. Usual citation and copyright requirements apply.

III. Generalfor all users or purchasers:

Use of the content and related materials of audio-visual and written items described on this site for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited. Licensee may not copy, create derivative works from, transmit, perform, modify, display, or sell any information, products or services obtained from these materials, except as otherwise expressly permitted by law or this License. Producers reserve the right to modify the Terms herein.
